Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and enroll students in our language courses. Responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and building strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media)
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
• Follow up with prospective students regularly
• Maintain student database and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling
• Participate in promotional activities (events, campaigns, school visits)
• Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment

Requirements

• Minimum 12th / Any degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (education industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English + local language; French is a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
